Wij have established the academy to provide Professional Education in all sectors of Dutch Kickboxing. These courses will be delivered through a blended programme, with all the theoretical lessons provided online and the practical sessions ran in one or two day sessions.

NKBB-Certified Padwork Trainers are skilled professionals who assess, motivate, educate, and train clients according to their unique health and fitness needs. They craft exercise programs that are safe and effective, guiding clients towards achieving their personal fitness goals.

Equip yourself with all the necessary tools to excel as a premier padwork trainer for your clients. Through an intensive day of hands-on practice, you will acquire the knowledge and skills to provide secure and invigorating padwork training.

Padwork sessions predominantly involve working with pads and focus mitts; no class involves contact with an opponent. This enjoyable, demanding, and secure workout is excellent for relieving stress and is accessible to individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

As experts in this field, we offer courses designed to train and assist professionals and sports coaches in adapting Dutch Kickboxing techniques to offer a safe, engaging, and all-inclusive form of exercise and padwork coaching.

Prerequisites:

None.

Preparation:

Thoroughly review the Training Guide.
Develop familiarity with the fundamental techniques of Dutch Kickboxing.

To attain an NKBB Certificate, you must:

Attend the full course days (approximately 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.).
Attendance encompasses active participation in all lectures, hands-on breakout sessions, and workouts.
Successfully pass the test.
Agree to adhere to NKBB policies.
Fulfill all course/test fees.

Failure to meet these requisites will result in issuance of a Certificate of Attendance.
