Dutch kickboxing fundamentals
In the fundamentals program, students learn the basic techniques from Dutch kickboxing.
Students wear fight shorts with a t-shirt on them. In addition, they wear boxing gloves, shin guards, groin guards and mouth guards. Focus mitts, kicking pads and boxing gloves are used as training materials.
Students should train twice a week on a regular basis. When they have done this curriculum for a period of one year, they can also follow the advanced program. The program is also a must for advanced students to follow. Basic techniques are the foundation of the kickboxer.
Every single class starts with a warming-up and a review. Every class ends with fight simulation drills. Students with no experience are not allowed to spar with striking techniques to the head.
